Changing Workforce Opportunities with David DeLong

David is on a mission to show the US, and by proxy other countries, that we do not have the labor shortage that we think we do; by introducing us to alternative options.  For example: 1 in 8 adult men in the US has been convicted of a felony, and that history alone eliminates you in most job application software.
