In other words, the content is final but the edition below still has a few typos I am able to find, and I am sure there are typos my eyes will never find (it is looking like one or two typos on average per chapter). I am cleaning up what I can now and will reload the cleaner text for the PDF’s and books by month’s end, but until I can afford a professional proofreader there will probably be errors. I am going forth on the admonition to not put the lesser before the greater, so given the importance of the message I am hoping it is not too much to ask people to put up with my mistakes.
