Chapter 28: With Love And Kindness

TRIGGER WARNING: Discussions surround topics of mental health, depression, and suicide.  The world can begin to seem very dark, untrustworthy, and tragic without the love, support and kindness of your loved ones. In this episode, we talk about RD's experience with depression, how BD dealt with that realisation, and how together they were able to work towards making life better. And this disclosure comes with a hope of helping you realise why it is important to make an effort to be available to your close ones, and how you can help turn things around for someone.  And remember, when you feel like you cannot talk to anyone, us two Dinos will always try to lend you our compassionate ears.
