Chapter 6: The fear of growing up

In this 6th episode, I talk about the fear and anxiety that come with growing up. I reflect on memories from my childhood, like the excitement of moving up to middle school, and how those moments feel distant now as I face the reality of getting older. Recently, I joined the prestigious MUN Secretariat class, and with it came a new sense of responsibility that terrified me. I discuss how the fear of growing up is normal but remind myself—and you—that growth and embracing challenges are part of the journey.
