Character and Class: Becoming On Purpose

Coach C opens Season 6 by defining "becoming on purpose," arguing that true class must be grounded in character. The episode explores how character is revealed when it costs you something—through honesty, accountability, and how you treat others regardless of status—and why integrity matters more than appearances or success. Listeners get a practical "character check" homework: examine who gets your best respect, how you respond when offended, where you owe accountability, and choose three words to define your character, then do one selfless act this week.
