The story of Christmas is a story of two kings. Jesus, God’s king, rules with love, humility, sacrifice, and costly grace. He is the great king David’s greatest son. The other king, Herod, was a ruthless neurotic who went into a state of meltdown with the news of the new-born King of the Jews. He refused to let go of control - a character trait found in all people.
