III Cannon to right of them, Cannon to left of them, Cannon in front of them Volleyed and thundered; Stormed at with shot and shell, Boldly they rode and well, Into the jaws of Death, Into the mouth of hell Rode the six hundred. IV Flashed all their sabres bare, Flashed as they turned in air Sabring the gunners there, Charging an army, while All the world wondered. Guitars: 6x Slayer 2 vst Bass: 2xModo Bass by IKMultimedia Amps: 5xAmplitude 3 (Engl Powerball, Mesa Boogie TR3, Marshall Stack, Orange 120, etc) Drums: FPC with 3xHD Metal and 1xHD Rock kits 303: D-16(64 bit) Phoscyon DAW and Mixdown/Master: FLStudio 20.00.5 Score: MIDI In the beginning there are two major themes introduced.... the first is the theme of the Light Brigade, it trimmed in regalia and honor...the theme is a bit noble, bold, and proud... this is in the lead guitar. The 2nd in the very complex Bass (Modo Bass by IKMM), is the Russian Cannon line the first theme will eventually charge... the first theme fades into the 2nd to foreshadow the infamous outcome... after the initial stage is set, there will be a progression of variations and new themes that will be separated by the "Balance of war", a soundscape using NI's Massive and a few other elements( cannon shots, and reversed cymbals) to provide the "haze of war" ... I will let you discover the rest on your own..... Still a work in progress... I decided to leave the previous version despite it's many problems as ppl seem to like it... give the ppl what they want ...so say-eth the Kinks... I knew this would be a arduous work... more to come...
