Charges of "First Degree Corporate Abandonment". Do you have any idea what that is?

It's not an actual law but a Chicago Alderman says Walgreens should be charged with "First Degree Corporate Abandonment".  Are you confused like Jeff and Bill?  Callers join the guys in examining the Alderman's claims and rates of shoplifting.  Walgreens claims theft and other crime is making doing business untenable.  But isn't Walgreens also a corporation that advises employees to not stop shoplifters due to potential lawsuits?  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
