We all have people in our lives who are simply magnetic.  They captivate the room, have that special “it factor” and draw people in without even trying. Or so we think. Why are these people so alluring? How are they different? Where does this charisma come from? Are they born with it or is charisma something you can develop over time? Being charismatic comes down to many things:  warmth, human connection, powerful communication, competence and you guessed it – confidence. How then, do we develop these skills?  The answer is easier than you think! From quiet charisma (we’re looking at you introverts) to natural charisma (maybe she’s born with it), dark charisma (we don’t spend too long on this one) to simple allure – today’s the day we demystify the mystique and set you on your way to being the most captivating person in the room.  Yes, you. You don’t have to be gorgeous, you don’t have to be rich and you certainly don’t have to know everything.   All you need is to let yourself be vulnerable in order to connect with another person.
