Charlene is the author of 10 self-published works of fiction, as well as the novel Hold My Girl, which was published by HarperCollins Canada in 2023 and was shortlisted for the Dartmouth Book Award for Fiction and the Thomas Raddall Atlantic Fiction Award. Her most recent book, the novel We Rip the World Apart, was published at the start of this year by HarperCollins Canada, and will be published in the US in January.
