Charles Brewer - "A car free town in Costa Rica"

Charles Brewer, Founder and Managing Partner of Las Catalinas describes himself as "an explorer by nature”. This adventurer lives in Atlanta and looked everywhere for the perfect spot to make his dream come true.  In this conversation, we discover this great spot in CR and get answers to many of the "what ifs” we had.
