Send us Fan Mail Charles Hatcher was an American serial killer who confessed to murdering 16 people between 1969 and 1982. Over a span of two decades he not only murdered many children but he made their last moments on this Earth absolute hell. To take a life is one thing but to stretch those last seconds, those last minutes , that last hour into an absolute living hell is another thing. A pedophile and a child murderer is the worst of the worst. We use words like evil, sadistic, psychopath, to describe men like Charles Hatcher but this case goes beyond that. Words cannot accurately depict what this type of "Man" is. He is human in his DNA but is totally separate from the human race. When we love, he hates, what we cherish he destroys and the lines that would we never in our darkest days every dare to cross, do not even exist for Charles Ray Hatcher.
