Charles Ray Hatcher

Charles Ray Hatcher would start off his life of crime at early age beginning with a string of auto thefts. He would be be arrested and sent to prison so many times that at one point he had spent nearly half of his life incarcerated. But Hatcher had a knack for making officials believe that he had mental problems so that he would be sent to state mental hospitals where his chance of escape would be better.
