Charlie James: Uh, something about Republicans... [sighs] Something that isn't good. Um, in the last election, the number one issue across the board with not only Republicans, but Democrats as well—this is a huge issue with Democrats, and I'm not talking about the crazy Democrats, I'm talking about, you know, your run-of-the-mill Democrat voter—everybody was concerned about immigration. Illegal immigration. We all know that Joe Biden and Merrick Garland and, uh, Mayorkas, they just threw the gates open at our southern border and allowed anybody and everybody that wanted to come in this country, "Hey, come on in!" So they come in, they would come in contact with the Border Patrol, Border Patrol would write them a little ticket, and say, "All right, you've automatically got parole. Now, we'll get in touch with you. Oh, by the way, here's a cell phone. Uh, we'll get in touch with you on that app on the cell phone, and, uh, then you'll come back to your court date." And who knows when that would be? Years, probably. Because the Biden administration also did not hire immigration judges or appoint immigration judges, uh, to handle all the workload. Okay. So anybody—murderers were coming in, rapists, child traffickers, drug traffickers, gang members, cartel members—all of these people were crossing our border, and we are paying the price for it pretty heavily right now. So, it was a huge issue. And that is really why, one of the reasons why, President Trump and a lot of these members of the House and Senate are even in the positions that they are in. Because the American people wanted something done about immigration. In Minnesota, Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, is running for governor in Minnesota. And according to KAWSH, he's got a 48% chance of winning. 48% chance. Well, maybe not anymore. Because Mike Lindell has announced an amnesty program that he wants to implement in Minnesota. That's right. That's right. A six-month amnesty and conditional work visa plan for undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens. Mike Lindell outlined the plan for a six-month moratorium on deportations in Minnesota, during which undocumented migrants without serious criminal records would register, submit fingerprints, and undergo background checks to receive non-ex—did you hear what I said?—non-expiring conditional work visas. Under his plan, participants would not gain voting rights or formal citizenship, but they would legally be allowed to work and pay taxes. Lindell said that any employer caught continuing to pay undocumented workers in cash after a six-month registration window should face jail or prison time. Well, conservatives are like, "Wait a minute, hold on. Hold on. That's ridiculous! You're granting amnesty to these people!" Which is exactly what he wants to do. This is an amnesty! This is how—please understand this—this is how we got into that whole DACA mess to begin with! "Oh you, oh, you can't deport these children, so we're going to defer their deportation. We're going to put it off for a little while." That's what the "D" in DACA stands for: Deferred. "So we're, yeah, we're not going to make you leave the country right now, but, but we will eventually. Fingers crossed." Well, they haven't. So even Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, is getting extremely squishy on immigration. Now let's get back to DACA. It was on this program a couple of weeks ago, we were talking with Congressman William Timmons, and we were talking about the SAVE America Act. And folks, let me tell you something, he said something that shocked me. In fact, I had to ask him to repeat himself when he said it. He said one of the things, one of the—the—the pieces of leverage that the Republicans have over the Democrat—Democrats on the SAVE America Act were the DACA recipients. And he insinuated that we, or should I say the Republicans, could offer—are you ready for this?—amnesty... amnesty to DACA recipients in exchange for the SAVE America Act. Co ...
