Charlie James: And a very good afternoon! It's Friday, and not only is it a Friday—holy cow! What a, what... oh, the temperature outside is absolutely phenomenal. It—it feels like fall! Feels like I ought to be wearing my—my—my Georgia football hoodie and getting ready to watch some Bulldogs play. Man, I tell you what, it is absolutely beautiful out there. Welcome to the program on your Friday afternoon as everybody's getting ready for the weekend. I don't even know, is this weather going to continue through the weekend? What is it, 71 degrees right now? Man, that's gorgeous. So, we got a lot, a lot—as always, we got a lot to talk about today. And now there are seven, ladies and gentlemen, seven people... so, so you know what all this means. It's going to a runoff. There's no way that anybody now, logistically, is going to be able to get near—anywhere near 50% of this vote. And we don't even have everybody in just yet. So, we've got Duke Buckner, who we talked to yesterday. We got Russell Fry. We got Mark Lynch, who we'll talk to at 4:35. We've got Mark McBride, former mayor of Myrtle Beach. We got Chuck Nielson. We've got Ralph Norman—Congressman Ralph Norman—and Samuel Shepard all running for this seat. It's going to be—it's all, I mean heck, it's already a crowded field. And it's going to get even more crowded because we still don't have... um, we still don't have Darlene Graham on this list. We still don't have... um, Mark Lynch—not Mark Lynch, I'm sorry—Mark Sanford on this list. We—and there may be other people. I mean, we—what, what, you know, everybody was talking about maybe Pam Evette running for this, uh, seat. Um, no word from her camp just yet. So, we'll see what happens with it. Now, there is going to be a debate coming up on Monday, August the 3rd. That's Monday, August the 3rd. Um, going to be carried on television here locally, basically all over the state. And the big question for that is: who's going to participate in that debate? That's going to be—I mean, that's—that's going to be interesting to see. Are we going to get everybody in on this debate? Because I heard a debate—I heard last night, and—and I'll be honest with you, I've only heard this one place, haven't heard it anywhere else—but I did—I did hear last night that there is a good chance that Darlene Graham might not be running or—or participating in this debate. And that's a shame. That—that's a—that's a real shame, because we need everybody. Um, Russell Fry has already said, "Listen, the—the voters need to hear from everybody, so everybody needs to debate." Um, would love to get him on the program, but we will see. Charlie, Darlene will fill Lindsay's footsteps of selectively representing the will of the citizen voters of the Upstate and South Carolina. I don't know. I don't know. Let's see... um, "Charlie, can you please share the link website to get the, uh, Patriot scores of our representatives?" Already we've got a lot of people throwing a ton of money, um, especially behind Darlene Graham, uh, for this race. This is going to be big, big money. And this is—this is—I mean, this is a very short runway. This—this what, it's—it's the 24th right now. When we go and we look at—at just how long we got, one week, we got two weeks, got about two and a half weeks. Yeah, about two and a half weeks to get this thing done. So, we'll see what happens. It's—it's going to get wild, it's going to get woolly, and we'll see—we'll see who comes out in the end. But again, you got to get out and vote. This is going to—it is absolutely paramount that everybody get out and vote in this elect ...
