Charlie James: Well, the SAVE America Act is probably the most significant piece of legislation that has come across, uh, the House and the Senate in a long time. And it really amazes me—I'm—I'm dumbfounded—that we cannot get this thing passed! Not only because of the Democrats, but also because of some of these RINNO Republicans out there that—that know one thing. They know one thing: if we pass the SAVE... even—what was her name, um... Elissa Slotkin! She said it: "If the SAVE America Act is passed, Democrats will have great difficulty winning any elections." Well, they kind of admitted it! She admitted that people are voting that aren't supposed to be on the voter rolls. They know it. They know it's happening. I've even had some people that listen to this show that claim to be Republican, and they're like, "Oh, it's just—it's bad legislation." How is it bad legislation? How is it bad legislation? They'll never give you that. "Oh, it's—it's a problem that doesn't exist." Well, we've been finding out more and more that the problem absolutely does exist. It does exist! John Solomon, uh, did a—when was it? Just a couple days ago, I think it was yesterday or two days ago, he did a report that in New Jersey, they had over 6,000 people that were put on the voter rolls because of their Motor Voter program. Yeah, that's right. 6,000 people! And they tried to blame the company for it! I want you to listen to John Solomon. Uh, this is pretty interesting. So remember that Mikie Sherrill blamed the company for the mistake, but listen to this: John Solomon: As you know, last night the New Jersey governor admitted that 6,600 illegal aliens had made it onto New Jersey's voter rolls, at least that number—it could be a lot larger—and 400 of them actually cast a vote. That is the largest number of foreigners ever to vote in any collection of election in American history. When, uh, we told you that last night, the governor said, "Not our fault, it was a software glitch, no big deal." Well, overnight we reached out to the software company that runs New Jersey's system. And you know what they said? "There is no software glitch at all. The state of New Jersey knew they were putting noncitizens, i.e. foreigners, onto the voter rolls. It is the state's responsibility to, uh, determine who is eligible to vote and who's not. The software had it marked right." That is a major contradiction. And just a little while ago, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights in the US Justice Department Harmeet Dhillon announced that there is an investigation of New Jersey now into whether they knowingly were allowing noncitizens to vote and to get on the voter rolls. Remember, a week ago she sent a letter out saying if you let noncitizens vote knowingly, you're in trouble. Well, now the vendor's comments raise a very strong possibility that one of the blue states in America may have conceded to allowing noncitizens to vote. We're going to keep a close eye on that. Charlie James: Okay, so somebody asked me a question over on—on the text line about the SAVE America Act: "If the states are regulated—are to regulate voting for federal elections, will the SAVE America Act get shot down by the Supreme Court?" No! No! This isn't the regulation of states' rights in voting. It's not the regulation. But the federal government does have some responsibility in elections. It's not like just we got 50 states, and then—a lot of people think you do—but you don't have just 50 states and they vote however they want. We're talking about the federal government does have some regulations. One of them is: you have to be an American citizen. The Constitution says you have to be an American citizen. Well, if the—and I've used this analogy before—if there's a—if there's a sign on your business that says "Employees Only," you can't just walk in and claim that you're an employee!
