One week from today, we are going to the polls to vote in this Senate primary, and then two weeks after that, we're going to do it again, ladies and gentlemen! The—the—the campaign season that never ends... Well, I got something for you this afternoon. Um, there, I got a new poll up over on the text line: Who won the debate last night? I would love to get your—your thoughts on this, and the polls are going to be open until, um, 7:00 tonight. Just, all you got to do is text whoever you thought won the debate last night, text their last name to 800-905-0989. Okay? Text your winner's last name to that number, and we will register your tally. Let me—let me tell you... [laughter] JJ said, "Great television 1." Exactly right! That's—that's who won last night. You know who won that debate last night? I'll be honest with you: whoever you were already rooting for. That was the person that won that debate. I don't believe that that debate changed anybody's mind. Now, everybody's going to be asking me, "Well, Charlie, how do you—how do you think Darline Graham did?" Um, she did not hurt herself. She did no damage, and there was one point that I was like, "Oh, really? That was interesting," when she said that she was going to—because we found out a little something here that wasn't actually made official—she said she was, you know, separating herself from her brother, Lindsay Graham, in saying that she wanted to do away with the filibuster. To nuke the filibuster. Now, I had always suspected that Lindsay Graham was not in favor of nuking the filibuster, and now, Darline Graham just confirmed that with her—her speech last night. Also, another interesting thing that was said, and again, something I'd heard and I'd told you about—been telling you about for a while—Russell Fry said that there are over 200 bills—200 bills!—sitting in the Senate that John Thune will do nothing about. They won't move; they won't pass. We got the House, we got the Senate, we got the White House, and we've had less than 40 bills hit our President's desk. Who is responsible for that? The Democrats? No! No! John Thune. He's responsible for that. And everybody in Washington, D.C. that says, "Oh, we can't do away with the filibuster. We'd rather go on vacation than—than debate or even talk about the SAVE America Act," that's who's stopping it. Let's stop playing games, let's stop pointing the fingers where they don't belong. That's who's blocking all of this legislation. So again, the poll number: 800-905-0989. Type in your candidate's last name. Um, right now, we got several. Let's see here... [laughter] Somebody—oh, somebody said, "Hitler, Hitler won." There you go! "Didn't watch." There you go! So, um, a lot of people are saying, uh, Ralph Norman won that debate last night, but we'll see what—we'll see as the day goes on. Okay, 91 days until the midterms. 91 days, and there is some good news out there, ladies and gentlemen! Audio Clip (News/Analyst): If we look at manufacturing, these are fresh July reads from the ISM on manufacturing. Comes in much better than expected—55.6. That would be the best—best read in over four years, since May of '22. If we look... Charlie James: So, if you look at all of those people, what have we heard? "Oh, uh-huh, Charlie! Oh, President Trump's tariffs are just going to hurt the—hurt manufacturing! It's going to hurt manufacturing, Charlie, if Trump does those tariffs!" Trump did the tariffs; manufacturing is skyrocketing. Best manufacturing numbers in four years under Donald Trump. Now folks, that's a winning message. That is a winning message! But who out there is talking about it? Virtually nobody! Because why? Everybody is looking at two things: price of the gas pump—well, several things here: price—price of the gas pump for gas, diesel prices, and the price when you go to the grocery store.
