Charlie James: All right, welcome back to the program. Earlier today, we had 12 people that were going to be running for Lindsey Graham's seat. 12, that's right. A dozen... that's right, a dozen people running for, uh, the Senate here in South Carolina. Oh yeah, there's definitely going to be a runoff, JJ. Absolutely, that's going to happen. The 12 were: Duke Buckner Danny Lee Ford II Russell Fry Darline Graham Mark Lynch Mark McBride, former mayor of Myrtle Beach Darius Mitchell Clark Neilson Ralph Norman Glenda Gail Parker Mark Sanford Samuel "Sam" Shepard That is... those were the 12 that were running for this seat. Now, this morning, the South Carolina GOP got together, and they were looking at the... whether or not all of these candidates met the criteria of the new rules that they just set in place several weeks ago. Okay, so they have made several determinations. Danny... from what I'm hearing—this one I haven't really verified—but from what I'm hearing, Danny Lee Ford is not eligible because of the voting criteria. Now... JJ's like, "Oh!" Um, here's the thing. I'm wondering, if you go in and you pay the $10,400, do you get that money back if you're not... if they rule you ineligible to run? I don't know, maybe not. Also not eligible for this race: Darius Mitchell, because he did not meet the voting in two out of the last three statewide primaries. Clark Neilson: also ineligible to run. This was the one that I could not figure out—how somebody that lives in Charlotte, North Carolina wants to run for the Senate seat in South Carolina because he has, according to him, every intention of moving to South Carolina. Well... it's got... JJ's like, "Shouldn't that happen first?" Yes, it should happen first because you need to be here before you file for this race. Okay. So... and I know what you're wondering. You're wondering about Darline Graham, because "Charlie, why don't they use Darline's married name?" You know what? I don't know. She... well, JJ's right about that. She says it doesn't strike as hard. Number one, it's marketing. It's campaigning. They're putting all of that out there. This is name recognition. If somebody said that Darline Nardone was running for the South Carolina Senate, what would you say? You would say, "Who? I don't... I don't know that woman. I'm going to be voting for somebody else." So, all of her documentation that she filed for the Senate, and as far as we know, the documentation that she filed with the South Carolina Elections Commission, all has Darline Graham, okay? Darline Graham. So, there you go. Um, but everybody was wondering about that because there was some talk that she did not vote in two out of the last three statewide primaries. Well, in that meeting today with the Executive Committee of the South Carolina GOP, some other... some more voting records were put out there, so it appears that she did meet the requirements of the South Carolina GOP to run in this election. No waiver was needed, okay? So she is going to be on the ballot. And I told you she was going to be, whether it was going to be through voting records or through some sort of a waiver, she is on the ballot. Now, she is... she has announced that she is suspending her campaign until July 30th, okay? Because she's in mourning. She's in mourning. So, basically today, tomorrow, no campaigning, and then it'll kick back up on the 30th, okay? Now, here's the weird thing. Here's the weird thing: That gives us... that gives 1... that gives us 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 days until the primary! 12 days! That's it in this... in all of this campaigning. So, listen, a lot of people are out there and they were saying, "You need to run, Darline! Darline, you've got backbone!" And listen, we know nothing about this woman. We have no idea. We don't really know what she stands for. She's not answering any questions. So, "Charlie, didn't she legally change her name when she got married? How does that legally work?" I ...
