I know I am. Ah, my goodness. We... we are literally living in a society full of crazy people. Absolute nutjobs out there. You just had Lindsay Clancy. This was a... um, it was a hung jury. And it was declared a mistrial. Because one individual, one man, decided that... he wasn't going to follow all the hype. He wasn't going to go along with all the pressure. I mean, I could not imagine how much pressure this guy was under. It must have been enormous. I mean, I'll bet... I'll bet there... I'll bet there were some people in that jury room that were just screaming! Because this guy said, "No. I am not going to go along with all... all of these BS arguments that this woman didn't know what she was doing." This one person held the line, and because of that, Lindsay Clancy is not walking free just yet. That's right, she is still in custody. She is going to be in... in custody until at least the... when is it going to be? Um, let me just see... until... the 29th. Going to be in custody until the 29th. That is going to be when they have a hearing to address the next steps. The Plymouth County District Attorney has said that prosecutors have not yet made a decision about a retry. I have heard, and I heard over the past week, that if this was a hung jury, or if... if this was a mistrial in any way, they were going to go after this woman again. And I think she needs to be gone... gone after. I really do. I mean, you... you cannot tell me that what she did—and like we said earlier in the program—if it happened once, maybe you could understand it. But it didn't happen once. It happened three times. So, she strangled one child, left that child's lifeless body, went to the next one, strangled that child... I believe there was a phone call somewhere in between these... then she goes to the third and strangles them. If that... if that's okay, if that's excusable, then why do we literally have insane people in our prisons right now? Do you really believe Jeffrey Dahmer was not an absolute psychopath who had no capacity to understand what he was doing was wrong? What about Charlie Manson? What about the Son of Sam killer? What about the... the... the... the Zodiac Killer? What about all of these people that committed these murders? That... that whole, you know, "criminally insane" thing, it... it just doesn't cut it with me. "Charlie, if I was in that jury pool, I would be that guy." I'm glad to hear that. "And then, Charlie, she decided she would kill herself to avoid the consequences." Yep. Yeah. Exactly. "Charlie, after all this, Lindsay Clancy trial, nobody—and I mean nobody on the left—can ever say, 'No one is above the law.'" Oh, they're real good at saying that. But apparently they think Lindsay Clancy is. "Charlie, how could she not know what she was doing? Look at all of the planning, all that went into the deed. Yes, and even the interruptions didn't stop her." Exactly. Because one time, and according to testimony, one time she heard a male voice in her head telling her to kill her children, and she said, "Okey-dokey." No. No, no, no, no, no. Let me tell you something. If you are a criminal, you should be put away for the rest of your life if you commit murder. If you are insane, you should be put away in the rest... for the rest of your life if you commit murder. None of this, "Oh, let's wait..." There's... there's no getting better from that. Sorry. No getting better. "Charlie, thank God that juror held fast on the woman who brutally murdered her children." Absolutely. I'm... I'm so... I don't know who this per- this guy is, it's a male. And let me tell you something. The... the defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, he tried his best to let everybody know, and to point out who this juror ...
