Mike: Well hello Charlie, thank you for your show. Charlie James: Yes sir, thank you. What’s up? Mike: Well, a couple points. The study I find interesting, and I’ll tell you why. Statistically, over 80% of Christians do not vote. Now, I’m convinced that’s because they have been sold the hoax of pre-tribulation rapture. Why bother voting when, before things get bad, I’m going to be out of here anyway? So, reference the study, it would be interesting to find out what the numbers are by state in the percentage of voting based upon the percentage of Christianity or Christians in said state. Charlie James: You know, that is—that’s something Mike, I—I just cannot wrap my brain around. These people going, "Oh no, I’m a Christian, I don’t vote." I don’t—I don’t get that. Mike: Yeah, they think—they think why vote, because before the tribulation comes, I’m going to—I’m going to beam me up, Scotty. I’m going to be out of here. So I don’t—I don’t need to bother with voting, because, you know, let—let God worry about it. Charlie James: Yeah. Exactly right. It really just—I mean, it blows my mind. I appreciate it, Mike. Thank you. No, you—you need to do that. You need to vote, and you pastors out there, you need to be telling your people to get out there and vote. "Charlie, just voted at my polling place in the great metropolitan metropolis of Blue Ridge. I was told that 675 people had voted so far." "Charlie, Pauline, South Carolina, Spartanburg County. I was 53rd voter at 1:30." "Lakeview in Berea, heavier than original primary, close to about 3—oh, 300 at 2:00 PM." That’s pretty darn cool. I love to hear that. I love to hear that, I really do. Yeah, you got to get out there and vote. I don’t—I haven’t seen anywhere in the Bible that said, "Do not vote." That’s crazy. It’s nuts. It really is. "I got an idea! Let’s not vote! Let’s—I got an idea, let’s just not vote, and let’s let all the godless commies take over this country! That’ll be awesome! Hey, I got an idea, let’s not vote and have—have what happened in—in Massachusetts, where the governor just signed a bill that said you can have an abortion up to the moment of birth! We’re talking about contractions, the crowning—‘Oh, I see the baby’s head! Nope, get rid of it, abort that baby!’ That—that is now legal in Massachusetts. Legal! No, no, no. No, let’s—no, let’s not vote. No, that’s crazy." If you don’t vote, you allow evil to take over, and... I thought I was supposed to fight things like that. Let’s go to Vinnie in Boiling Springs. Vinnie: I did do the—I took your advice and went to scvotes.gov and found both my wife and I are in the same one now, on... Charlie James: Good! Now, in case y’all didn’t—in case y’all didn’t know, for some reason, Vinnie and his wife, who live in the same house, both have different—had different polling places. That’s—that’s kind of weird. Vinnie: That said, we were able to get ours, and that was at 8:30 this morning, and I was number 32, but there were still people trickling in. I sure hope it’s got a good flood coming in there, though. This one here was in, uh, the Baptist Church on, uh, 11 there. On, uh, the highway. So, everybody please get out and vote, man.
