Charlotte mayor concerned about timeline to fund transit projects

In an exclusie interview with WCNC Charlotte, Mayor Vi Lyles voices her concern about a 1-cent sales tax getting on the ballot come November. The proposed tax would help fund some of the city's major transit projects, including the Silver Line.
