Instead of getting caught up in creating the perfect Christmas atmosphere, focus on encountering the God who took on flesh to change your life forever. Remember, we have an eternal God who took on flesh for eternity, never to be separated from His humanity. He loves you enough to come to earth because you couldn't go up to Him. He died in your place so you can have complete forgiveness, and He understands every struggle you face. This is the gospel we must keep in Christmas - not just a baby in a manger, but the King on the throne who came to change your world forever.
