The variety of Gemma's work; the creativity of it, the pace of it, the sense of achievement from it... And yes, the glamorous side of media production, will no doubt be fascinating to lot of you. Although, as Gemma mentions, it's FAR LESS glamorous than people think.However, getting 'into' media production, or any similar 'behind the scenes' role in media, has always been, and still seems to remain to be, a big mystery.
