Welcome. This is a most unusual chat with the Arcturians because several members of the Council of Nine join with the Arcturians to explain the probability of some significant changes to the Earthly population’s experiences over the next 3 to 5 years. This is not a prophecy but, rather, an admonition based on the current trajectory of the population as they see it.
