In the episode Ginny discusses how she first got started in real estate and how she's found financial success! Ginny's Bio: Ginny Adkins has been an Investor since 2015. With an Interior Design background she started a staging and consulting business. She got the real estate bug after attending a weekend bootcamp for fix & flip and jumped all in, doing full gut renovations ever since. She got her real estate license in 2017 and became a broker in 2019. She has worked with investors selling turnkey properties to out of state investors, and has helped both investors and homeowners & buyers navigate the real estate market. She currently owns & manages both long and short term rentals, she is a certified mentor for agents, she runs a monthly meetup with the InvestHER Community which focuses on helping women live a financially free & balanced life on her own terms. Within the InvestHER Community she leads the InvestHER Group brokered by EXP building a team of agents around the country to help investors source and find cash flowing assets. She and her husband also own a pool service business that started in 2010 as s side business for them both.
