Chattanooga's Biggest Problem?

The story of two Chattanoogas has been around for a long time. It's the reality that Chattanooga has a growing population, and a beautiful downtown on the banks of the Tennessee River. It's one of the top destinations for outdoor sports in the country, and has a growing economy. At the same time, as Tim Kelly's One Chattanooga plan says,"National research shows that Chattanooga is one of the worst cities in America to grow up poor." NewsChannel 9's Josh Roe talks to Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly about the city's biggest problems and his One Chattanooga plan. Tomorrow Town, Tennessee is produced by NewsChannel 9, Fox Chattanooga, & Sinclair Broadcast Group Chattanooga.
