Chatting with Carol Connors - Episode 163

I met with Carol Connors last night at a quiet gathering, and we got to catch up on all sorts of things. I've known Carol since - well a long time! She is an incredibly talented singer, songwriter and author. One of her hits in the early 1960's was To Know Him is to Love Him, by the Teddybears, written by Phil Spector, yes that Phil Spector.Carol recently published her autobiography - Elvis, Rocky & Me. Elvis was one of the big loves of her life and she writes about her romance with him. As for Rocky - Carol co-wrote the Rocky theme.Carol also owned several Shelby Cobras, and had a friendship with Carroll Shelby.Its all in the book - Elvis, Rocky & Me, available on Amazon and where books are sold.
