Chatting with Thanvi Voruganti

from Studio City Now · host Michele Marotta

I had the pleasure of speaking with Thanvi recently, and was impressed. She is a young teen who has written two books – one on poetry, and the other is a historical novel, and is working on her third. Thanvi was a fun interview. She is incredibly talented and hopes to continue writing. Her book launch was in June however, her website has her current events, bio and contact info. She is amazing. An excerpt from Shades of Blue: “These indescribable emotions From where do they stem? From the goodwill to the sin What are these feelings to them? Well to me...” ------------- My name is Thanvi Voruganti, a student, author, and poet from Chandler Arizona. Currently I have just finished writing my second poetry book, From Shades of Blue and hope to continue my career in writing through books and other works. Writing will always come as a first priority to me throughout the course of my life, serving as an expression of my passion, and a reminder of how far I have come in the last couple years. The pandemic has helped me realize that poetry is a commodity and writing is a untimely joy, a tool that must be utilized correctly in order to help myself and others. https://www.thanvivoruganti.com/
