CHAZ (aka Animal Farm): Coming to a Street Near You?

Today, Dr. Carole recounts the cautionary tale of CHAZ (Seattle's Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone)-a part of the city taken over by protesters, rioters and radicals, that was predicted by George Orwell in his dystopian novel Animal Farm. Though Seattle's mayor kept claiming it was merely a summer of love event, in fact, it turned deadly-especially at night. Since one of the protesters' demands was to 'Defund the Police', they didn't allow police to enter and protect people from being raped or killed! After waiting far too long-and not until the rioters came to her house-the mayor closed it down, but the damage was already done-not only to the people and businesses-but to America as a whole, because anarchists all over the country were allowed to see that they could try this at home-and hope to terrify everyone to make their point! We need to remember this tale, so any future Animal Farms get stopped before they start!
