This week I had the privilege to meet the first food truck owner and operator in Brisbane, Harry from The Bun Mobile. Harry’s food truck journey began in 2012 after a stellar career as an Executive Chef. Harry has been an instrumental influence on food culture in Brisbane over many years, including the iconic Harry’s Diner, and The Bun Mobile has proven no different. This “Tiny” business has thousands of loyal customers (Bunstars as Harry calls them) and has been voted Brisbane best food truck four years in a row. Let’s get things cooking, take it away Harry!
