Working in the disability sector for the past eight years as a Disability Support Worker and Occupational Therapist, inspired her to start JAM to amplify the message that everyone deserves the opportunity to look and feel good in the clothes they wear. Molly’s role in JAM focuses on the brand marketing/creative aspects of the business, including all marketing and social media. Molly, alongside JAM’s co-founder, Emma, is highly involved in product development and brings her skills as an accessibility expert to be able to utilise universal design principles to adapt clothing items to be functional for a large customer range.
