Starting his career as a police sub-inspector at the age of 25, he rose through the ranks to become Deputy Inspector General (DIG) by the time of his retirement in January 2023. Throughout his career, George defied expectations, advancing through regular exams to attain senior positions, including Superintendent of Police & later, Indian Police Service. Known for his honesty, compassion, & unwavering commitment to duty, he earned several prestigious awards, including the President's Police Medal & Chief Minister's Gold Medal. After his retirement, he has devoted himself to social work, continuing to inspire not just the police force, but all government employees striving for success.
