Cheetahs take a lesson from losing: Smith

Cheetahs coach Franco Smith, believes that the main reason to his side’s 33-34 loss against the Jaguares in their Super Rugby match in Bloemfontein last week Friday night the 26th of February was largely due to inexperience. Smith says that his team will make mistakes as it is part of their development in Super Rugby, but what is important is that they take valuable lessons out of the games. The 43 year old Lichtenburg born was pleased with the manner in which his team scrummed against one of the best scrummaging teams in the world and he is optimistic that there were more positives to work on, than negatives even though his team lost.
