Sharlot Hall Museum's Executive Director Stuart Rosebrook sits down with Prescott, Arizona's Chef Barry Barbe and discovers how Barry's Ohio and South Carolina roots and his bon vivant for Southwestern culture inspires his gastronomical dedication to gourmet cooking and cultivated his passion for opening new restaurants.   Chef Barbe is dedicated to giving back to his community and has recently stepped in with an investment group to reopen Prescott's premier local theater under the new banner,  The Hazeltine Theater.   He is also one of the chef's donating his time and talent to Sharlot Hall Museum's annual fundraiser, Sharlot's Cellar, which will feature gourmet bites from two of his restaurants, Torme and Shirley's Urban Eats, paired with superior wines, on Saturday, May 17.
