Chef Bobby Moore, new Chef Proprietor of Bis on Main in Bellevue, Washington talks about how he found his way in #cheflife, the importance of loving his family and friends well, and the recent leap he made to leave the legacy he built at Barking Frog at Willows Lodge, an award-winning hotel and restaurant in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country 30 minutes outside of Seattle, to own his own restaurant.
