Chef Bobo’s approach to nutrition:  cooking delicious, boldly flavored meals, something he learned from his life in New Orleans. Before becoming a chef, he worked as an executive for an airline which allowed him to sample cuisines in over 60 countries.  He has a broad understanding of how people love to celebrate with food.
