Corey Meier has spent over 10 years in high-end banquet and catering as a chef. He helped open the newly built Four Seasons in Minneapolis and is now the executive chef at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, MN. Corey has worked in many kitchens around the twin cities building his craft including Create Catering, a full service catering company in North Loop recognized for their impeccable service, quality and creativity. Corey has a very hands-on approach to being a chef and mentor; teach, educate and grow individuals so that when they leave the kitchen, they achieve higher positions. His kitchens practice zero waste in the efforts of sustainability.
