Chef Katie Chin has appeared at the White House, on Food Network and teaches cooking lessons on the digital platform, HUNGRY. She says her late mother, LeeAnn Chin, a rags-to-riches entrepreneur success story who founded the LeeAnn Chin and Asia Grille restaurant chains, inspired her to leave her career as a film executive and take up cooking.
