CHEF KOH HAN JIE - Rising Chef of The Year 2020 (SOON-TO-BE RESTAURATEUR)

Chef Koh Han Jie was named 'Rising Chef of The Year' at the 2020 World Gourmet Awards.  He has with him a breadth of experience in French cuisine, having worked alongside Anne Sophie-Pic at her eponymous three-Michelin-starred restaurant Pic, aa well as assuming the roles of chef de partie and junior sous chef at the three-Michelin-starred Les Amis.
