Chef Nina Compton is owner of Compère Lapin, a top-rated restaurant in New Orleans and the USA. Located at the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery, Compère Lapin blends the flavors of Compton's youth growing up on the island of St Lucia with her love for French and Italian cuisine and Gulf Coast and Louisiana ingredients. Compton is author of "Kwéyòl /Creole: Recipes, Stories, and Tings from a St. Lucian Chef's Journey."
