Author of 6 cookbooks including "My Key West Kitchen" (with son Justin), the newest, "My Florida Kitchen" (with wife Janet), and a memoir, "No Experience Necessary," he oversees Norman's at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, the new 1921 in Mount Dora and a school, In the Kitchen with Norman Van Aken, in Miami.
