Octavia Smith, known as Chef Tay is a well seasoned chef in the culinary world, Chef Tay started in the 5 star restaurant industry that landed her an executive chef position with the PGA, where Chef Tay began creating dishes for tons of influential people in which inspired her to start up a catering company that not only service corporate and celebrity clients but those on a budget as well.
