Chelsea Target Pep Chavarria for Left Back | Chelsea F.C. News

Chelsea are reportedly eyeing Pep Chavarria, a dynamic 28-year-old left-back from Rayo Vallecano, to strengthen their defense this summer. With 44 appearances, a goal, and three assists last season, Chavarria is one of La Liga’s top full-backs — known for his tackling, ball-winning, and offensive contributions. Though his contract runs until 2030, Chelsea are still actively pursuing him, betting on his prime age and adaptability to the Premier League’s pace. If signed, he could immediately bolster their backline and compete for a starting role — a smart, high-impact addition to Stamford Bridge.
