Cheltenham High hazing investigation finds ‘toxic’ culture in football program
More than a dozen students witnessed a violent assault in a Cheltenham High School football locker room last September and did nothing to stop it. Those are the findings of a third-party investigation into reports of hazing that led to the cancellation of the team's season.
