The reality is we live in a world that burdens our bodies with toxins. The majority of people eat the Standard American Diet and are suffering from a multitude of chronic diseases that all are traced back to the lifestyle they choose to live. Tim James was one of them. He suffered from horrendous symptoms that stopped his life in its tracks and because his dear friend was diagnosed with cancer, he was forced to face his biggest health fears by completely changing the way he lived. When he finally decided to take care of himself and had the tools to cultivate the type of life he wanted, everything shifted. His story is inspirational and gives us so many golden nuggets to motivate us to take those next steps that will serve not only our health but our entire being. He also offers listeners a deep look into this divorce and the transformation that happened once he got healthy. His journey into healing himself shifted all of his relationships in his life, but most importantly his relationship with himself. Dive in my friends! This is a great conversation!
