Через 50 лет в Латвии никого, кроме медведей, не останется

Ради вступления в Европейский союз сербские власти рассматривают возможность отказа от свободного въезда для российских граждан. О возможных изменениях миграционных правил сообщил глава комитета Скупщины по вопросам диаспоры Драган Станоевич. Гость - Николай Межевич, главный научный сотрудник Института Европы РАН. Ведущий - Сергей Мардан. СЕРГЕЙ МАРДАН: Что нас ждёт? У нас нет больше братской страны? НИКОЛАЙ МЕЖЕВИЧ: Страна является таковой, если там внутри живут люди. Вот если посмотреть на демографию Латвии (понятно, что Латвия в любом случае - не братская, но тем не менее) или Эстонии, то через 50 лет она нам не будет ни братской, ни небратской. Почему? Потому что там никого, кроме медведей, не останется. Популяция медведей там неуклонно увеличивается. Как мы с вами знаем, когда мишек становится много, значит, людей становится мало. Возвращаясь к Сербии. Мнение спикера парламента - достаточно важное. Проевропейская группа в Скупщине, то есть сербском парламенте, - весьма велика. Но я бы не сказал, что это - монополия на власть.
