Cheshire at Amity - Boys Basketball - 1/22/18

The Cheshire Rams traveled to Woodbridge Monday night to take on the Amity Spartans in a rematch of their game from earlier this month. This game would not be the nail biter of the previous game, but it would be a close affair nonetheless.Cheshire would take control of the game in the 2nd quarter where “Hummel HotDog Player of the Game” Will Graikowski would score 7 of his 10 1st half points as the Rams would take a 29-20 lead into halftime. Their lead would get a high as 16 before Amity would make a late run and bring the game to single digits, but Cheshire weathered the run and finished with a 61-57 win to notch their 8th win of the season qualifyig for post season play!
