Chicken Fried Steak in an Air Fryer

 It's funny, in the last episode, Jim and Matt mentioned that they hope they've seen the last of the snow so they can officially kick off grilling season.  Oops.  The snowy, windy weather made traveling to the Salmon Ranch studios a little difficult for Matt, so he had to fly solo.
