Through data, the Initiative seeks to offer insight to enable better identification of victims, services available, and best practices. U Change Counseling & Behavioral Health Agency Lashanna Alfred - CEO and Founder Licensed Independent Social Worker as well as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toledo teaching Master Level Social Work classes.
