Chief Wiggam and Officer Carl Winslow

An apropos refenence to two classic television shows portaying characters of both brown and yellow pixelated compsition can indeed hold positions of authority in totally fictional settings. (I am kinda drunk and that makes sense to me. I hope it does to you as well). Aftera few minutes of contemplation, may be it's just me, but does that aforementioned statement make no sense at all but at the same time kinda make perfect sense. I believe it does or does not. Either one works. It's a philosophical paradox. Kinda like a fat guy falling down a hillside. If no body is around to laughs does it truly still exist and is it still funny?
